Anybody can explain what this?

As you can see on the pics, I have 4 spots under my gland.
I noticed this since I was seventeen or so.
I though it's only pimples or something like that which will be vanished itself. But by the time they're still there till I'm 27 now. I just wonder what this.
Do you guys have this too? Anybody can explain what this?

They look like pearly papules not genital warts,they are totally harmless and don't need any treatment,there fairly common i have had them since i was 11,you may find you get them along the ridge of the glands as well.

Go to your doctor and get them checked just to be sure.

i have a few too. but i dont think they are your typical pearly papules. mine are more like 3-5 round white spots on the lower rim of the rim of the head, and a few on the head itself.

so they look nothing like this picture of typcal pearly papules

mine are more like just a few spots. any ideas what that could be?

Some men have only one or two pearly papules on the head of their penises whilst others have a ring of them encircling the entire glans ....
