Any exercises that help get a defined CS (corpus spongeosum)?

I notice a lot of hung guys in adult entertainment have a really defined, sometimes huge, CS (the spongy tissue surrounding the urethra). Peter North has an especially huge CS and his EQ is legendary.

My CS seems to disappear about 1/4th the way up my dick. I was reading in one of Supra's old threads that this could be a sign of bad blood flow. I bike everywhere I go, and I hope this isn't affecting blood flow. That rhymes, but seriously, I think if my CS was really expanded I would put on another 1/4" in girth!

Every girth exercise will train this area. I have never seen an exercise that isolates this area but any squeezing or jelqing will effect it.
