Well this post just to share with the forum that i gained another 0,4 inches in lenght and i made the meas. 2 hours after the session so my peepee was a little bit tired and i can't reach the maximum erection maybe it could be 0,5 and not 0,4. Anyway i don't care next meas. on 15 June.

In my routine i insert vacuum before the jelq instead of the contrary.
