Quite a few members on the board have used aas and pe,so CAN give an honest answer and the answer is NO higher test levels will not help with gains.
Ananbolic steroids like Dianabol won't help with penis growth. the only thing that will help is true HGH, and that is so unstable that to even get true and working HGH through non-doctor paths is almost impossible...not to mention expensive.
if you want to do it through steroids, HGH is the only way to go...but its very costly and you won't notice results right away, as it takes 3-6 weeks of HGH being in the body before visual results can be seen. and don't even think about trying to double your dose, because that will just mess you up worse.
