Hello everyone, I used the layering proextender for 2 months and since I have no gain, not even 0.1 inch, I feel depressed because I think my penis is not developing.
I started newbie 10 days ago and each time I measure my penis if there is a new one or a positive sign and it made me feel bad.

2 months proextender + 10 days newbie and no gain it makes sense? Is that normal?

In addition, I have a penis and testicles that shrink and collect all the time I am a grower too.
 
Generally, it's going to take six months to see any gains. Six months is considered fast even. Give it time, 2 months is a start! Don't be depressed! This is a marathon not a race my brother! Don't measure that often either. Learn ur routines! You'll grow!

Or less see an extra 1/2 (0.5) cm

You are not doing enough work at all to even see results. Your extender is outdated and does not give the intensity that newer ADS devices do. If it was two months with just that I wouldn’t expect anything. It’s good that you started the newbie stretches as these will bring gains very quickly and it will put your extender to use also. If it’s only when you’re looking for then I suggest a routine like this.

Five minutes bundle stretching

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds

The problem is that I feel very suffocated and depressed, which makes me not do well
I could not calm myself

Also, SSRI or DHT-blockers (finasteride) can prevent you from gaining. A good general health is somewhat prerequirement for solid progress in penis enlargement. On the other hand, penis enlargement is not a magic wand that can solve emotional problems.

My only advise is that you stick to a good & tested PE routine - the results and faith will follow. In 2 months one should have at least some gains, simply due to better blood circulation.

Take L-arginine 1000 mg three tablets twice a day. Third: Use the pump to exercise with a 3x5x5 srt routine. After pumping is finished, wear an extender 4 hours a day in the first week when it ends. In the first week, increase the wear of the extender to 6 hours and then to 12 hours gradually with regular pumping. Fourth: Taking rest days, meaning that you train three days and two rest days. Continue this routine without interruption. You will notice the gains. Note: adhere to it for six months in this routine and continue to take L-arginine 1000 mg tablets six months without interruption in one day in addition to vegetables and fruits between your meals. may God help you. Here lies the problem, if you are not optimistic about what's coming, then it is better to complicate matters, saying (optimism is good you find it). I have summarized you in the previous article. Keep going and see progress, God willing. Do not disappoint yourself. Frustration does not reinforce the gains. Keep up the routine on a daily basis. The results do not come in one day

No, genetics I finished at the age of 20 years, now is the time to expand the forcing of cells to expand until it produces new cells to fill the gaps between cells and the result of the so-called force of the cell by division only (to not displace the cell by excessive force this is not allowed) expand as much as possible if you see yourself stop immediately Until you recover if recovered. Bundled stretching is simply taking your flaccid penis twisting it like a corkscrew and stretching straight out from there. Erect stretching is getting a 100% erection, gripping below the head and stretch straight out in front of you. Expressive stretching is gripping from the base of the penis outward.

I’m glad you are my friend. Are you in France or North Africa (I’m going off your languages - it’s brilliant that you have two - preferred ones, as it seems you also speak English! :) Having one, like most Brits is so limiting but I only have myself to blame at my age! The education system doesn’t help young kids in terms of other languages in the UK but it’s no excuse for me now. ?)?
