All day stretcher and DLD blaster

Hello Guys. I did PE many years ago with just manual stretches and jelqing only. Gained about 0.5 inch in flaccid length and no other results. I am now restarting PE after many years. I am thinking of introducing DLD blasters and wondering is this one of the best ways to increase length which is my primary goal? How often should I be doing them? 4-5 times a week? And is it possible to gain length by ONLY using all day stretcher and no other forms of PE? If so, how many hours in a day and week do I need to wear the ADS? I plan to use ADS alone without any weights hanging. Many Thanks.

It sounds like you need to put a new program together that will utilize your ADS and include other exercises to bring you to your goal as quick as possible. If you’re interested in the creating a custom routine for you just let me know and I can do that for you.

You can train for 7 days a week. You can as well train 5 days a week. I personally trained 7 days a week. I don't take off days because one single off day can turn into an holiday.

You can gain from using an ADS but the gains you will make would be to small. The best thing to do is to combine the DLD blasters with the ADS. Do 20mins DLD blasters right before wearing the ADS.

You will make faster gains if you take my advice.
 
REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Kegels will never reduce your penis size, rather they increase the amount of blood you hold in to maintain better erections. Thus increasing penis size, vascularity & penis head size.

You should be doing reverse Kegels when doing length work.

When you reverse Kegel it releases all of the pelvic floor muscles allowing for a much better stretch.

I would aim for 6 hours if you can, but as always listen to your body, using a ROD extender (StealthStretcher, PF, SG) will bring better results than an ADS.


An ADS is meant to aid after hanging or in situations where you can't wear the ROD extender.

For example you work all day and come late at night, put the ads and sleep with it on, it will be slow but steady gains.

If you don't mind here are some supplements I take for blood flow:

  • L citruline = 5g/day. Optimal dose 10g/day, but before jumping gung ho, test how you feel.

The problem with L-Arginine is that it is very ineffective at increasing Nitric Oxide synthesis.

You would normally assume that Arginine would be the most effective way to increase Arginine levels in the body.

Oral L-Arginine is taken up and metabolized by the liver so much that it does not actually effectively increase Arginine levels.

Cialis 5mg* under the tongue, do not swallow, let it get absorbed, cialis, viagra and many other can only be metabolized from 8 to 41%...So we are receiving even less dose.

Natural again:

Why?

Many drugs are broken down (metabolized) with the help of a vital enzyme called CYP3A4 in the small intestine. Grapefruit juice can block the action of CYP3A4, so instead of being metabolized, more of the drug enters the blood and stays in the body longer. The result: More bang for your buck. Since it will stay for longer in your system and no need to pop 1 pill everyday.



If all these doesn't improve blood flow and erection quality there are other methods and supplements.


Have you checked your T levels?

Have you checked your SHBG, progesterone, DHEA, prolactin and estradiol levels?
 
There is no specification pertaining the amount of gains that you can make and there is also no specific time. People who train with a mindset like this, always quit after a while. Do the did blasters for 20 mins daily in combination with the ADS and also do kegel.

Give yourself 2 years to make all the length gains that you can make. Stay committed and consistent you will see up to 1.5 inches in your first year, but that will only happen if you are committed and consistent. If you train and quit within few months, you will not gain anything.
 
Just to clarify something here we should only do Kegels for girth work, never for length. You should be doing reverse Kegels when doing length work. When you Kegel it pulls your penis back when you reverse Kegel it releases all of the pelvic floor muscles allowing for a much better stretch.

Thanks a lot for the reply and info guys! Appreciate it.. I will summarize what I understand so far, in point form, and you guys can chime in:

- Wearing ADS ALONE (without any other PE) for > 4 hrs/day for 5 days/wk WILL provide length gains but small (thats with a regular ADS WITHOUT weight hanging)
- For erections, can try kegels, supplements the above post mentioned....how about tongkat Ali and rhodiola for erections? Any thing else that worked for you guys
- DLD and others: I thought we are always supposed to do kegels along with reverse kegels so everything remains balanced? Too much of one thing can create imbalance and may cause pelvic floor issues. Since my goal is length I was planning to do kegels for 2-3 sec (to improve blood flow and help with my ED), and then reverse kegel for 5-10 sec while at same time stretching for length goals. Moreover DLD blasters have both kegels and RKs, so can't do RKs alone for length anyways. DLD blasters is primarily for length gains right?

how about tongkat Ali and rhodiola for erections?

It can help, but is mainly used for libido. So yeah, more libido = more blood flow being sent to the penis.

I take RHODIOLA as part of my cortisol blocker at night, to aid in sleeping. Since at night our cortisol levels spike.

So for example people with sickle cell anemia, could take massive amounts of rhodiola, and protect themselves from hypoxia on their penises?

If that was the case, DLD and many of us would have micropenises by now (xd) (xd)

Unless you plan on doing 5000 kegels for sets everyday, I don't think you will get a hard flaccid.

Strong PC muscles make us hold much bigger amount of blood into our penises.

For example let's say that you gain 2 full inches. How are you gonna maintain an erection if your pc muscles are not trained to hold the increased blood requirements to obtain a full erection at that size?

I would like to hear more about kegels, @DLD enlighten us.

One thing that I did wrong was to use the ADS instead of a rod extender.

ADS = variable tension. You are sitting while putting it on, now you stand up and walk, the force applied now is no longer the same as when you started. Therefore the results could be more one day, and very different the next.

Rod extender = fixed constant tension. Whether you walk, run, you will stretch at a certain fixed tension. No matter what you do.

It will provide small length gains, and it will take you quite a lot of time to see them. Frankly I would aim for a minimum of 6 hours at least. Combined with some stretching exercises, even just pulling your dick downwards, sideways, will potentially bring results too.

But all depends on you, and your level of commitment.

So to your answer, yeah it will bring gains, but it will take a long time before you see them. Since you will not be doing anything else for the remaining of the day.

And could potentially take even more time if you take breaks in between, since your penis will tend turtle back after the forced applied is ceased.

every brother should be doing Kegels all day long every day. I got in the habit of doing them every waking moment. I Kegel like I’m breathing. I made it a habit and since then it’s stuck.

But I read on a lot of sites that doing too many kegels can contract the pelvic floor too much and cause problems. And even though kegels technically don't shorten penis it does pull it inwards and since I am trying to gain length i was thinking of doing 2sec kegel followed by 5 sec RK which will keep the pelvic floor in balance too. What you guys think? Apart from that my plan is

If that was true my brother my penis would be destroyed. I have always dud Kegels all day every day it became a subconscious habit. The penis does not become shorter when you Kegal what’s happening is your pelvic floor muscles are pulling it back and that’s exactly what you want to happen because this constant flexing on flex is what builds the strength you need. And doing many throughout the whole day will add to your endurance in bed.

rule of thumb, Reverse Kegel when stretching, Kegels during girth work. RK for length because when you do an RK it completely disengages all pelvic floor muscles allowing you to stretch without any ‘pull back’ from the PFMs. Kegel in girth as it brings much better expansion.

Girth growth is all about consistently expanding your girth beyond its normal size. Temporary expansion is the road to permanent gains. So we want that expansion to be as much as possible and Kegels help accomplish this.

There is no answer to this question. The only way to find out, is to embark on the journey. You will make gains but no one can tell you the actual gains you will make.

I can only really speak for myself but I was able to make incredible growth within six months but I did put one heck of a lot of work in. I think that what you’re doing looks good and if you even get what half of what I got within six months you could gain up to an inch. It does look like you need to add a few exercises to make this perfect being expressive stretching, bundle stretching and erect stretching.
 
Like @huge-girth said and a couple of others in this thread, there is absolutely no way to determine gains that could be made. It all comes down to genetics, health, diet, commitment, properly exercising, and the hours dedicated.

That's like going to the gym and asking the trainer how long is it going to take to put on 50 pounds of muscle.
 
All good points. Is it safe to do erect stretching? And how do you do it? Does penis have to be 100% erect? I will start bundled stretches. Not sure what expressive stretch is.

yes it is safe to do erect stretching. Basically you get a 100% erect then grip your penis right below the head and stretch outward from there. Anywhere from 90% to 100% is a good area to be in. Expressive stretching, depending on how you do it, he’s gripping your penis at the lowest point on your chef and stretching from there. This exposes and brings out internal penis allowing you to stretch internal penis. You can do it by hand, the LM or the Bathmate or Mityvac.

I advise men to do erect stretching four times a week for 10 minutes.

only Kegels will help. Reverse Kegels Should only be used when you’re stretching.

The newbie routine stretches cover every possible angle of growth. If you’re really focused on blank I highly recommend picking up a Lengthmaster. Every manual stretch can be done with the LM making the stretch many times more intense

No that’s plenty of a warm-up. I always did the same thing just some light stretching in all directions for a couple minutes and that would be my warm-up.
