Hello Guys. I did PE many years ago with just manual stretches and jelqing only. Gained about 0.5 inch in flaccid length and no other results. I am now restarting PE after many years. I am thinking of introducing DLD blasters and wondering is this one of the best ways to increase length which is my primary goal? How often should I be doing them? 4-5 times a week? And is it possible to gain length by ONLY using all day stretcher and no other forms of PE? If so, how many hours in a day and week do I need to wear the ADS? I plan to use ADS alone without any weights hanging. Many Thanks.
