Advice on the heating pads for warmup and warmdown purposes of the P.E

Hey DLD, you said that heating pads works good and be used as an another alternative for warming right? Which type of heating pads do you recommend and that is best to use , because there's the electrical ones that you have to plug , that may cause burns and damage , then there's the thermal and there's the microwaveable one that you heat up in the microwave for a couple of minutes and then you can get right down to your warm up to start exercising. Do you think that the one that is microwaveable is the safest one of them all. Do you think any of thesed types of heating pads can cause harmful effects to your body and health such as result in developing your cancer cells? Because it was said that the microwaves gives off radiation and the radiation is harmful to our body. Please get back to me as soon as possible on this?

I really like the electric one, I set it for low heat and wrap myself in the pad and let it do it's thing. Buy the smallest one you can because if too big it is cumbersome. The type you need to break or heat up suck, go with the plugged units.

I have an self heating one made in Korea Shinbio or Bio I trigger it and put it onto my groin/dick when I finish I boil it in in water to return it to fluid state as it hardens like a stone. google for it.

And what's opinion on the electronic heating pad pertaining to your health , do you think it can have harmful effects on our health and body? Should you use everyday to warm up and down or now and then?

Nah, nothing specific, I just grab whatever is on sale. My last one was LIKE THIS.

I never trust once I become suspicious. I have a alarm that goes off that tells me to watch this guy, after that I can figure the guy out after a couple posts. I am on the forum from noon till 2 am so not much gets by me during this time.
