If you're talking a high stress loading day, then a couple of the standard stress loading days, that's perfectly fine as well. Since you've taken a few months off, back up on the heavy
weight loading as you ease back in. If you push your relaxed/rested tissues using high
weights after you come back, you're pushing your tissues into a hard plateau very quickly. You're essential tell your soft tissues to quickly adapt to the highest stress loads and at the fastest speed possible, and this is where your penis will drastically slows down in terms of growth after a short period of time.
I'm not sure how long you've been doing PE, but at 12lb, you either pushed yourself really hard, or you've been in the PE journey for the past 30+ years based on your username.
So, going forward, yes, you can do a 5lbs for 10 minutes starting
weight for warming, 10lbs for 10 minutes for sheer stressing in breaking down the tissues, then hit 12lbs for 5 minutes to further push the tissue sheering under stress loading, and back off to wrapping at 2.5lbs all day long. This will work. For the next following 2 to 3 days, do bundle stretches at a lower loading because your tissues are all under heavy stress loads the day prior.
