What do you guys think about hardcore hanging one day and then bundled stretches with the lengthmaster on my off days from hanging? Don't have time to hang everyday so I try to do every other day. Took a few months off from hanging and was at 12 lb for 20 minutes each session. Then I'd wrap all day so as not to turtle. My goal with hardcore hanging it to eventually reach Dashdeming poundages in the 30s—he had same starting measurements as me. I know it's important to stretch for at least a few minutes on off days from hanging so doing bundled stretches seems to make sense to me.

If you're talking a high stress loading day, then a couple of the standard stress loading days, that's perfectly fine as well. Since you've taken a few months off, back up on the heavy weight loading as you ease back in. If you push your relaxed/rested tissues using high weights after you come back, you're pushing your tissues into a hard plateau very quickly. You're essential tell your soft tissues to quickly adapt to the highest stress loads and at the fastest speed possible, and this is where your penis will drastically slows down in terms of growth after a short period of time.

I'm not sure how long you've been doing PE, but at 12lb, you either pushed yourself really hard, or you've been in the PE journey for the past 30+ years based on your username.

So, going forward, yes, you can do a 5lbs for 10 minutes starting weight for warming, 10lbs for 10 minutes for sheer stressing in breaking down the tissues, then hit 12lbs for 5 minutes to further push the tissue sheering under stress loading, and back off to wrapping at 2.5lbs all day long. This will work. For the next following 2 to 3 days, do bundle stretches at a lower loading because your tissues are all under heavy stress loads the day prior.
 
I'll def start back down at like 7 lb I think, 5 lb felt too light if I remember correctly. I was going up 1 lb every like 2 weeks I believe. Was hanging for a few months. Dashdeming went up at around that rate. In 15 months he went from like 7-8 lb to 20 something I believe it was.
 
1lb every 2 weeks is way too fast. Your body will adapt to the high stress load way too fast. I know the feeling of too light of weight. Sometimes, I just want to slap a 5+ lbs to my current weight and just go with that new weight for just 10 minutes. But that's a bad mental math in translating to soft tissue stressor.

Most of us don't go past 15lbs even after years of PE. 20+ lbs is excessive. I tried 25lbs and all the way up 40lbs myself to experiment my upper tolerance. I didn't stick with the experiment. I could feel 20+ lbs pulling my penis at the base like a tree root being ripped up using a tractor. At 40lbs while the strapping is to close to the base as possible, my penis felt like a redwood tree was pulling right off by the Hulk roots and all. Those of us went into the high double digits did know something from the experience. The tougher tissues built a resistance to changes. We all reformulated our plans of approach: go lighter and longer.
