They hire people to create and manage women's profiles. These people are provided photos to post and they answer emails and such. One such employee can manage more than 500 profiles at a time.

99% of the women who are real are the fat and/or homely ones.

After all, if it seems to good to be true, it is.

I know a number of guys who use that site to meet women, but yes a LOT of it is fake. I scrolled through several hundred profiles and found some that were virtually identical, too much so for it to be a coincidence. The guys managing all of these profiles have a real generic way of writing them up.

My wife and I swing, and we've had several great experiences using AFF. Youu pretty much have to look at their profile picture to know if they are fake or not. If they look like a model, they are fake. I actually met a girl this evening that I met on there a few days ago. Their instant messenger is free and the best way to contact people. You can message people for free if you rack up points by posting blogs, responding to blogs, rating blogs, etc. If you are active enough you will get access to just about everything that paid members have access to. You will have a certain number of profile views and from there you can contact them. I have noticed that the quickest way to get this access is to post a blog and/or use the messenger and turn on your cam. The more people that watch and rate you the more likely you will get the access.
