Just curious do these kind of work similarly or differently. I ask because I haven’t done PE in a long time, but when I did I made my greatest gains through
hanging. Really just any information comparing the pros and cons vs both would be appreciated. Thanks
ADS can be things like the
silistretcher,
phallosan,
jes extender, and the
stealth stretcher. They will use much less force compared to
hanging, so guys often assume wrongly they are crap compared to
hanging, but they work differently.
Hanging isn't always about heavy
weight, many use light
weight, but its always going to be more compared to ADS, you just get the work done in a short time span, using more force, with different angles of attack open to you such as straight down, behind the cheeks, and over the shoulder to name a few.
They both work the same at keeping the penis stretched over a set amount of time with a given force, however the idea with ADS it to maintain that stretch for as long as comfortable and safely possible that
hanging could never afford one to do.
This is why they both work so well combined together, working in synergy. Think as pumping and clamping go together,
hanging and ADS are peas in a pod.
Great thing, is you can use only one if you like, and still gain with that.
Hanging offers the user I guess, a gym-like siege mentality because of the
weight hanging on the penis, so guys who like the gym may feel more at home with that, the routine, it may feel just more normal compared to ADS.
Me personally, I hated ADS, just felt odd, kept making me fuck around with it during the day, you know just when you know something is there, it bugs me. I like to get my work done with intensity and get it shut down afterwards. Doesn't mean its the best policy, and I should have used the extender more in my life, I can change that, but wearing ADS all day is never going to be something for me, so its also down to taste.
The
hanging method could be harder to hide if you needed to, or/and at times needing more attention to detail with setting it up, space around you, not being able to just sit down and do something else, I dont know, perhaps some guys can do much more than I could when I hung
weights.
What it does offer is a good structure, with easy to measure and follow progression. Always plenty of active
hanging communities around, and MOS has had the very pioneers of
hanging on its boards over the years with BIB and Stillwantmore, but people move on in life and I wish them all the best.
Great thing with ADS, more so the extender, you can wear it in bed while watching a film, sat down, very versatile. Has strong adjustments to tension, especially the MOS
stealth stretcher and easy to setup, much more quick, less of a learning curve over the
hanging from my experience.
ADS and extenders are very simple, easy to use, and if you can put allot of hours in, you will gain something. I have seen some really good gains when extenders/ADS are combined with other methods of penis enlargement like manual stretching, pumping, whatever.
If you were looking for a new setup, a fresh start and asked me to recommend something. I would suggest a
stealth stretcher, and a
power assist.
Of just the
stealth stretcher but perform manual stretching.
