ADS traction force

I just found out that my extender maxes out at 1150g. I've read here on the forum that the traction force in your ads should be around 1210g, stretching for 6 hours.
I have purposely lowered my traction force in my extender as i thought stretching in it at max tension after my lengthmaster session would be way to much.
(I have tried to do it and I need several breaks). I just now realised how high the traction force is that you should be stretching at for 6 hours.

So I have 2 questions:
when I have stretched for 6 hours at forces up to 1200g there is severe turtling when I get out of the extender. I do 2 sessions of lengthmaster/day. Isn't the whole purpose of it to heal in extended position and reduce turtling?

How in the world are you able to reach traction force of 1200g by wrapping instead of using extender?

Am I missing something here?

That is incorrect and a misconception. The minimum traction force for any ADS or extender starts at 800g. Once it hits around 1kg, there's a very small window of diminishing return as the traction force increases. The narrow windows is between 1100g to 1200g for long hours wearing. The truth behind the 1200g and higher is only for the first hour or two before you have to reduce it back down around 1100g. This is scientifically proven, recorded, and noted in all medical and urology journals released since 1982.

BUT, there's a caveat behind the high tension wearing. For those who already wore the extended and ADS for so long, the penile tissues became tough and hard, this is where the higher traction force is required. It's not 1200g any longer. It's a high as 1600g on average, with a 4500g for the first 2 hours. Some veteran brothers went as high as 10kg on the first hour before reducing down to 1600g for the latter hours.

Depending where you are on the entire PE journey. You have to ask yourself, "Am I still a newbie or am I a veteran?" If you a still a newbie with only 3 years of PE under your belt, stick with the dual Length Master sessions and stay at 1100g, top out at 1150g before the diminishing point of return. If you want to test out the difference between 1200g and 1100g, you can go for it. You'll soon understand. I have spring sets going from 600g all the way to 5.5kg. I have yet to wear mine for 4+ hours a day past 1200g even with 10+ years later under rmy belt. The higher the traction force you're pushing your body to adopt and adapt to, the faster your body will make you to increase the traction force.

How in the world are you able to reach traction force of 1200g by wrapping instead of using extender?

Ah, the magic number inside the sleeve or wrap. In the past, we use various methods. Example is a flexible PVC pipe, a metal rod, a metal pipe, or whatever we can find. We wrap our penis with these supporting devices in between the penis. 1200g may appear to be a huge number, but in reality, it's barely anything. When you pull on your hair, you exert past 1500g. The MoS Shop has the SiliSleev #5 that measured to go to around 1100g of traction force when you use it correctly, or the DuroSleev that goes past 2000g.

The trick is to use a traction later, the TheraBand on two ends. When you roll the sleeve over, the rigid wall of the sleeve actually pushes the flaccid penile shaft apart to achieve that specific traction force. SIM and I used the DuroSleevs and nearly cried at the capacity of that sleeve's rigidity. Make sure to get a VERY LOOSE one and not a small one. If you happen to get a tight one, that tight one will force your penis to go past 4kg of traction force instantly. I know the feeling of 4kg of traction force since my extender spring sets offer me the measurement capacity.

Am I missing something here?

Yes, and no. Yes, you actually think too far ahead. What you missed is the difference between rookie vs veteran PE journey length for traction force application. No, you hit things on the mark. You just lack the current insight and explanation. Hope the other forum offers you more informational insights before you decide to go up on traction force for testing.

Thank you for that detailed response, now things cleared up.
I am still a newbie with a couple of months of experience (for reference I am able to go 1.5 turns/bundles in the LM).
My current routine is this:
-20 minute LM session in the morning/during the day
-10 min Jelqing after the session
-Wearing my extender at approx 700-900g force (depending on if I am sitting in my chair or standing up) for 6 hours. This for me currently I would say is about 75-80% traction force.
--When I need to go outside I wrap my penis instead.
-20 minute LM session at night
-10 min jelqing

Does this sound about right? Would you make any changes to the traction force or any other suggestions based on my current progress?
Thank you brother

This is why we are here. Clear up misconception on issues before things get out of hand and our brothers hurt themselves. There are way too much half truths, or even partial truths, and those sliver of truths get spun out of control.

This already pushed your initial traction force past 3kg with ease. Do you know that just by bundling/twisting your penis, and then pull, you add at least 3kg of pure force upon the entire penis? That's how strong the contortional force is during bundling. If you max you your twisting/contortion degree, and then you pull, you're pushing past 4kg and can go as high as 10kg based on the pulling force.

This is where you want to be most of the day. 900g to 1000g is recommended, but we all need to account for the sudden spike of tensions when we're mobile due to movements. Most don't even think about that. Those who wear ADS that attach to the knees or legs, they think the traction force remains the same regardless. No. The moment you bend, the ADS traction force spikes straight up. For those wearing ADS with vacuum cup, when traction force spikes, so does the vacuum pressure. I lost count on how many times the brothers, including myself, got blisters even with just 1/2 and 3/4 twist of the SiliStretcher. Some brothers went as far as 2 twists, and the vacuum pressure went past -15inHg immediately.

If wrapping does not provide you with the stretch you need, use the sleeves method. It's also more hygienic than the wrap method. Just something to consider.

Nope. You're good. The only suggestion that you might want to consider is the increase of time under the Length Master for stretches about 4th month in for morning hour. Rather than 20 minutes, up the total time to 30 minutes, with higher traction force. This will stress the tissues further for expedite growth.

Awesome. Unfortunately I have taken some breaks and have not been consistent with my training. From 20th February I have been consistent everyday with what I described above so I will take my time before going for 30 min sessions.
Also just started experimenting with reverse kegals and my god is the stretch amazing, things are moving down there😎
thank you brother

Taking breaks are ok if you are planning a restart. Reverse kegels are amazing especially when you use them in stretching. I always did them while stretching and my results speak for themselves. I want all brothers to have the results I have enjoyed.
