Add intensity to your stretches

I'm not sure if this has been discovered before but I will share anyway. When doing BTC stretches flex your abs hard and it will add that extra intensity to the stretch. I don't know why, but when I was doing the stretch I flexed my abs and felt a intensity that was beyond what I normally feel. Crazy? Try it and tell me what you think.
 
The entire muscle system in the lower abdominal to the pelvic floor muscles is directly connected too the entire pelvic area. The entire basis of DLD Blasters is based on this premiss. Good work!:)
