starting at 15 mins 2x daily due to pain sensitivity but the key is to continuously do the work!!!!!!!!!!!

Due to blisters and tbh my work type i cant wear the silistretcher too long so i will wear it to sleep and also mandange to the max post workout to maintain stretch
