starting at 15 mins 2x daily due to pain sensitivity but the key is to continuously do the work!!!!!!!!!!!

Due to blisters and tbh my work type i cant wear the silistretcher too long so i will wear it to sleep and also mandange to the max post workout to maintain stretch

That sounds like a great way back in after blisters or the like. What is your set up on the SiliStretcher? We may have many tip to help you. How did you get blisters?

that's ok take your time in this new routine. It may be slow but take advantage of this by practicing form and judgment so when you go hard you will have perfect form.
