Did you order through eBay or Amazon? If you let them know, they'll get things done quicker. I use PayPal, so if anything comes up, I'll get my money back and then things get fixed and the money returned.
Contact PayPal and see what can happen, they can return your money I believe. Not fully sure.
I did recieve my new sleeves though. They're a little thinner than absilicone and not as firm. I like it cuz it holds on nice and doesn't give that squeeze. Absilicone usually takes a few days to stretch a little and then feels good. These feel great and I've wore it all day already and no problems. I'll keep an update on the sleeves and hopefully you get your problem worked out
