If you're talking about BPC 157, yes, you can take that. Very expensive, effective in recovering muscle tissues, but your body will prioritize the resources. DMSO is a great to go as well if you're don't like the injection method. Make sure DMSO is 99% pure, and make sure to be very clean and have nothing touch your skin until the solution is fully dry in 40 minutes. No plastic/polyester of any kind touching your skin when the solution is wet.
