here the OP puts it on the other way around. does it matter which side u have it on?

for me I have the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] portion below the chamber like in the instructions thread, so the screws don't fall down when I'm putting it on

I wear it chamber up but I guess you could use it chamber down, I will have to see for myself.

That makes the best sense to me, especially when doing rolls, otherwise the chamber would get in the way. But for straight stretching there is little difference.

Yesterday and today were my first pe workouts in over 3 years!!

Thankfully I still have all my kit.

LM bundled stretching
Size Genetics
Girth work with clamping and Bathmate

Everyday LM and SG, Girth work as and when I can.


Wiser now than before.

i’m so happy to have you back. Every day somebody new comes back from the old days and it brings me so much joy. I was just looking at your thread the other day and hoping that you would come back in today you reappeared! Praise the Lord. Really appreciate it bro! Means a lot! Taking things step by step, aiming to get LM bundles and 4 hours SG each day!

Also doing girth work when I can, i'm wiser now than before so just enjoying myself!

Glad to be back, im pleased all my pe knowledge has come back feels like ive not missed a day!

It’s like riding a bike you never forget! But as you get older do I become so much smoother and easier.
 
If you’re doing a bundled it’s going to the Tunica but if you’re doing a bundle behind the cheeks you’re not only hitin the Tunica but you’re hitting the ligament in the most extreme position

Nice, it is such a nice feeling! Love the LM and SG combo! If i curve to the left, is it a clockwise or anticloclwise LM rotation that targets tje left side?

It wouldn’t be rotations as far as the curves concerned it would be stretching against the curve or jelqing against the curve unless I’m misunderstanding
 
Okay cool. Going to keep up the training. Aiming for 4 hours a day in the SG! 120 hours a month !

If I can get more than 4 I will ! I would like to reach 1000+ hours!
