A-strech like stretches

Using the A-stretch technique (using your other wrist as leverage), do you feel like the shaft is being more stretched than the ligaments? Is this ok, or should I lower my wrist a little bit so that I'm stretching more downward... like the opposite of a tunica A-stretch?

Also, with the A-stretch like strtech, the DLD Bundled Blasters, I feel like it's woking much better than a normal A-stretch/DLD Blaster. DO you feel the same about the DLD Bundled Blasters?
 
Whatever way you feel the most tension you should use. Some folks like the RB Fake ARm Method of using a piece of PVC Pipe or a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]. Try different methods until you find the most intense.
