Using the A-stretch technique (using your other wrist as leverage), do you feel like the shaft is being more stretched than the ligaments? Is this ok, or should I lower my wrist a little bit so that I'm stretching more downward... like the opposite of a tunica A-stretch?
Also, with the A-stretch like strtech, the DLD Bundled Blasters, I feel like it's woking much better than a normal A-stretch/DLD Blaster. DO you feel the same about the DLD Bundled Blasters?
