i wanted to post my PE journey. Today marks 3 months since i started. All feedback welcome i am always trying to learn more and add different things in my routine.
This routine is built on my lifestyle and in secret from my wife, so its not really a typical straight forward routine.
Here what ive been doing:
At work i use a vacuum extender for avg 4-6 hours. 5 days a week. I put a handwarmer packet inside my pants to help keep things warm.
7 days a week i make sure i get 30minutes every day of manuals in. Somedays i do 60minutes depends on the days.
I just put a timer on my phone and hit all the stretches possible. Including bundle ones. I usually do these while watching tv under a blanket under the radar from wife.
I hang 6lbs for 30minutes (2 sets of 15min), i attach it at the base to hit the ligs better. I usually get 1-3 times per week to do it in privacy
Its not set in stone as i dont know when i will have time alone. But i really like the stretch it gives.
i realized i measured wrong at the start it wasnt bonepress properly. So i dont even know if ive gained.

Girth 5.5 inch
I will measure again in a month using the same routine.
