silicap so I had to finish the set earlier

...after that I wanted to do the last set with 1 kg...but immediately it started to slip out again...then I tried with 0,75, it started to slip out again....
So that is the end of today´s session.
To be honest today was one of the worst sessions I have had because I had very low libido which showed on my flaccid, which was in poor state most of the time, shrinking, retracting, just overall looking smaller and deflated....
Previous week, as you can read in the earlier post above, was much better. Every session I felt very fresh and my flaccid was big, full of blood, pliable, and most importantly stretchable to a good length, also I felt like the
weights I was
hanging were really stretching my penis. I had no problem getting an erection in between sets...today that was almost impossible, I had trouble getting semi-flaccid, let alone erection.
I really dont know whats going on....I was wondering if the decrease in libido cannot be the effect of watching adult entertainment always before the session.
But anyway, I also measured in between sets, just for fun...and my penis was about 13,5 cm NBPEL... which is not very good because it is the smallest that I have ever measured. However, as I already mentioned my libido and also EQ were quite bad, so that may have been the detrimental factor when measuring.
Last week, when I was getting an erection in between sets to get some bloodflow in, I didnt measure but I just saw that my penis was long and overall it looked bigger than when I started 2 months ago.
Today, even if I managed to get it hard, it looked like even if it was hard, a part of it was kinda inside....if you know what I mean, like it was not all the way out exposed and erect like last week...it was weird. Today decreased my self-esteem a bit because of this measurement.
I dont know what to do now...
Regarding the increase of
weight, I was thinking about it. I thought that I may incresease the first set from 0,25 to 0,5. And then the second set 0,75 ... 3rd set 1 kg ...4th set 1,25 and 5th set go back to 1 kg or 1,25 kg again...and so on. Does it look good or what kind of progression would you recommend?

Today I felt much better.
By the way, after the first and second set I didnt take off the
silistretcher, I just took off the
weight and I massaged my penis a bit even though it was inside the
sleeve. I didnt want to overstretch the
sleeve.
