2 years NO GAINS!!!!

Been consistent for 2 years and NO GAINS!!!!
What gives?????? Looking into to PMMA or one of the other girth enlargement shots!!! Sick of wasting time!
 
Been following the SRT for the last year. Was bouncing around routines year prior to that

Two years without gains there’s something going on. What exactly is your routine so I can look through it and try to find what’s going on? Have no fear we will get you gaining in no time.
 
SRT has four different workouts. And 100s of custom SRT routines. What exactly are you doing? Exercise, reps, time, tools, etc. The more specific the better

I need to know how are you doing your exercises.......
Like how do you grip your penis while stretching, where do place your hand while doing ssj, etc.....

I have been doing basic stretching wrong for a very long time. I was supposed to grip below the glans. Instead, I was holding the glans itself. I wasn't gaining much with that. This went on for around 5 months.
Same with SSJ. I was not doing it properly. I was not holding the base. Instead, I was holding an inch above the base.

PE is tricky and it takes a lot of time and dedication to get things right.
Thus there are tools and equipments designed to reduce these sort of errors. I, personally, do not use any tools nor do I recommend anybody to do so. It is ones own decision. However, I can tell you that manual PE works just as much as PE with equipments.

Go to Welcome to Matters of Size for videos of the exercises and observe how to do those exercises properly......

In addition to the above exercises, make sure to do kegels and reverse kegels regularly.......

I do kegels thru out the day. Never been able to feel anything from reverse kegels though.
All stretch’s I grip right below the glans with baby powder cover hand expect for expressive I grip as far into the fat pas as possible. SSJ I grip at the base with one hand and right below the glands with other. Thanks for the help.
 
Your routine looks very good I would have to agree with my brother above that it may have something to do with form or possibly intensity. I can’t believe you’re not gaining with the 5×5×3 as everybody does. If it’s an issue of intensity I suggest that you put more strength into it but if you’re putting all the strength you can I’m still not seeing length gains I highly recommend the Lengthmaster. It became very hard for me to manually stretch my penis with intensity after I became a strong as I could grip wise. But with the LM I have to hold back because there is so much intensity. Some people like me just need a lot more intensity.

Do you feel like you’re holding back when you’re stretching? Do you fear that you might hurt yourself in someway? If this is the case slowly turn up the intensity until you’re at a point that you’re gaining.

lastly I’m thinking about timing in two different ways. Perhaps you need one of two things and usually one of these two things changes the outcome of any single work out. You may be someone who needs more rest than others or you may be someone who needs more work than others.

You can also consider going with a every other day work out; this is what I mean Monday, Wednesday and Friday do you only length work, Using the time you would do girth to add to the sessions. Then on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday train girth. And take Sunday off as a rest day. Being able to dedicate each day exclusively to either girth or length will definitely help your concentration and hopefully bring gains quickly.
 
1 inch length or girth?

The poster is not correct on this there is no way you’re getting an inch and girth or length using that routine. At the very least people need to do the newbie routine.

Try the captainswench first since it is free. If you want a better hanger I highly recommend the Lengthmaster as it is a hanger but so much more. In my opinion it’s the best of all worlds using the LM. It is also on sale right now so it’s a good time to buy. You can also finance it as we offer that now.
 
The reason why you will train for 2 years and not gain is because you are not using enough intensity. If you are using enough intensity and also healing in an elongated state, you will see gains in 3 months time.

2 years with SRT will bring amazing growth. People need to use that routine for best gains

When I first did PE I did the newbie routine stretches with just my hands. I was never able to stretch fully because my grip and forearms would burn out.
I made 0 gains manually.
Saw the lengthmaster and said ok if this doesn't work nothing will.
And I gained 1/4 inch in less than a month doing the exact same routine just with a lengthmaster.
Everyone is different. If you can gain with just manual work consider yourself blessed.
Because some of us need tools to see any kind of gains.

Well, then Mr DLD was blessed to have the grip strength of a coconut crab and have gained 4-inches of length with only doing manual stretches by hand in 12-months.

In all seriousness I'm sure his grip was stronger because I think he was doing 2 sessions a day everyday.

That may or may not be true, but why is it, he is the only man out of tens of thousands of other men to achieve such a notable accomplishment with only doing manual stretches? It's his blessing to having Coconut Crab Grip Strength.
