Like how do you grip your penis while stretching, where do place your hand while doing
ssj, etc.....
I have been doing basic stretching wrong for a very long time. I was supposed to grip below the glans. Instead, I was holding the glans itself. I wasn't gaining much with that. This went on for around 5 months.
Same with
SSJ. I was not doing it properly. I was not holding the base. Instead, I was holding an inch above the base.
PE is tricky and it takes a lot of time and dedication to get things right.
Thus there are tools and equipments designed to reduce these sort of errors. I, personally, do not use any tools nor do I recommend anybody to do so. It is ones own decision. However, I can tell you that manual PE works just as much as PE with equipments.

In addition to the above exercises, make sure to do kegels and reverse kegels regularly.......
