#2 Questions and Guidance for Adding Length

With the silistretcher how do you know you are applying the correct amount of force? Should I fully stretch my flaccid penis as much as possible and then attach to the silistretcher? If I do that, it will be strapped pass my knee to almost my ankle.

My other issue is what is the correct sleeve to get to put on the bulb that won’t tear? Mine keeps tearing and the duro sleeve is a little hard and uncomfortable. Maybe the sleeve 5 is the next best option?

Just getting back into PE, been very inconsistent in the past. Main focus over the next 3years is length. Currently 5.5 BPEL and my goal is 8.5 BPEL. Even though I did some PE in the past, I think it’s smart to restart with SRT warm up, bundles, BTC, etc. Do that same routine 5 to 6 days a week in the morning for about 2 months then switch or add more exercises? Also, from reading some of the other threads I probably should do bundles in the evening too, even if it’s only 15 minutes. Looking forward to hearing feedback from experienced PE’ers out there. Is this a solid plan? Thank you

Traction force can be measured by free weights, hanging scale weight (think of a fish scale or SiliScale), or by feel if you know your weight loads.

Commonly, a good long hour wearing is 1.15kg (or around 2.5lbs). Starting weight can vary from 5lbs to 10lbs based on where you are in the entire journey. But if you are just starting out fresh, 1.5 to 2.5lbs is the best weight load you want to be at all day. After a few month, you can increase the initial traction load to 4lbs for an hour and reduce to 2.5lbs for as long as you can. Let us know where you are in the whole journey so we can guide you properly.

You can do a warm up stretch for the flaccid for about 10 minutes before mounting the cup. This way, you actually do an initial tissue breaking to maximize the stretcher wearing.

Mounting the holder shouldn't need to go past the calf. Just right between the calf and knee.

Correct. Sleev#2 is too thin. #5 is best. Don't throw away the torn sleeves. They can be reused as double layering to stabilize and maximize the other sleeves durability. Double sleeving also helps to prevent accidental slippage as well.

Welcome back to the PE journey. You got a good starter plan going. Once you reach near the end of the 2nd month, let's jump start your own personal Routines and Progress log page so we can customize hour PE plan.
