Downward stretching by hands only is dynamic, since we don't hold our arm stretched out for too long as our muscles tend to stiffen up after a few minutes. Our pulling downwards also varies in vectors, not just straight down, but slightly at an angle. Hanging is static. It remains the same until we remove the weights. So, no, stretching downward is not exactly the same as hanging.

For girth, are you talking about hands only or with tools?
Hands only and just like bodybuilding and supersets can you do supersets of girth work or length and girth right after the other ??? Also what is a solution for shrinking after routine to keep it elongated and not sucked up into the body??

First it should be noted that with all of the internal penis we have we have so much potential that goes untapped when we stick with traditional exercise. Traditional exercise only affects the outside of the penis. In order to gain access to the internal penis we need to think about going deeper into the tissue to reach the very base which is just outside of your sphincter. Accessing this means using the right techniques and tools to do so so is a first addition to this exercise and for those who use the LengthMaster we want to get his deep into the tissue as possible by using the ring of the LengthMaster. So taking your LengthMaster and putting your penis through the rain ring while using good pressure to expose as much penis as possible is very important. Once the penis is exposed you can keep one hand on the ring of your LengthMaster while using your free hand to stretch that internal penis as far into the root as possible. This may feel awkward at first and you will need to get used to that. The feeling is an aching at the very base of your penis you will also feel some pressure against your testicles so be sure to keep your testicles as far away from the root of your penis. Once you’ve established this you can go on to stretch all exposed penis. In no time you will see immediate flaccid growth with erect growth to come next. Within one month you should be able to gain up to an inch of new penis via the internal penis.

please try this exercise and let me know what you think. If you need any more explanation or help please simply ask me as I am now back on the board every day. I have no doubt that you will exponentially speed the growth of your penis by using these new methods. I have spent time in the past on internal Heynis but this new routine will be exclusively concentrating on internal penis. Any external exercise will rely on the SiliStretcher or any other extender you have access to. If I am just starting to get Into PE again ca. I use the DLD blasters and slow squash super sets right away in my routine or should I just start with regular jelqing, I want to gain girth quick via the supersets that’s why I’m asking

@LONGERDICK7+, unless you have a 36in penis like DLD, that's not going to happen. It's just another way of strapping to something that can be pulled down, such as lengthen rope, an extender's platform, or even a simple wrap near the base of the glans with a part of a longer rope to hold onto, that's the footlong pulling method. It's about developing a good hold to pull with your feet towards the floor, maximizing the amount of traction strength to stress the crap out of the ligaments and anchored muscle tissues.

Im visualizing the third option rn and I think it could work out.. the other two can be great too . But id like to try the "simple" way first.... Although I have a routine I have cut many times off... I'm going for that routine first and I will change to a New routine after..Thanks 🙏

It's quite impressive how stupify society is with ideologies. Seems like the plan is working out perfectly..It's crazy seeing men running behind women as if they were their Mom. Stretching the internal length, what about when you go workout, lift Weight's, do Burpees and it retracts to a micro penis then is it pointless doing stretching/ hanging weights at all?
Lifting weights and penis enlargement are very different from one another. We all shrink a bit when we use weight training and that's normal to have shrinkage, but it's only a temporary state. When you go back to penis enlargement, you'll notice that all your gains return.

The DVD is freely available for viewing under the Media section. If you're looking mainly for the deeper inner segment of the penis below the base of viewable penis, you need to do downward stretches, between or behind the butt cheek stretches, and progressively push hard to increase the intensity of the pulls after a month of conditioning. If you don't have the Length Master already, and only want to use your hands, that can be done, but it will be a bit difficult as your hands can only offer so much traction (pulling) control. With the Length Master, there is a bit of a learning curve to wrap your penis properly so the plates can hold onto the penis nice and firmly for those extra and efficient pulls.

I see you have the old hanging plates from the original Length Master based on the drilled holes. You can make your own handles if you're patient enough, or you can get one of the Power Assist handles, add a bit of drilling yourself, to fit with the old plates. Save a bit of cash with a bit of DIY spirit, or just save yourself a headache and get yourself a new Length Master 3 set? When I see this, the DIY-er spirit rages. A simple 1.5in wide x 0.75in thick x 24 in long hardwood will be the primary ticket for the handle. Of course, you can always alter the length, thickness, and supporting width design according to your needs since you may have larger hands or arm length reaches.

Nothing wrong with that. You can simply switch back to the newbie routine. And as soon as you feel ready, go back to the SRT routine
