It's best to go with the 5 × 5 × 5 meaning. Slow squash jelq for 5 minutes and pump for 5 minutes and repeat this 3 times. This will deliver growth faster than any other method.

hello. I have been doing the squash for 2 weeks with great results. I always start slow with any of my jelquin routines. I do about 20 min. 10 wet jelq then 10 min squash. I follow it with 30 min of bathmate hydro extreme. Yesterday I did my normal routine. This morning I woke up with my gland having a throbbing pain. Also it is sensitive to the touch. I think it may be from the squash jelq. Is this something to be concerned about ?

I think the pumping for 30 minutes is too much. 5 minutes 3 sets making total 15 minutes is better.

Take a few days off and start doing the above together with your slow squash jelg and wet jelq.

Thank you for your response. Yes I think I will be okay. This is my first type of injury and I have been doing PE for now a year. I’m always very careful. Maybe it was from the water pumping or the squash since you have to push with the palm of your hand in the gland. Maybe I pushed too hard while it was erect. I read that it’s better to be 100 percent erect then clamp. How hard do you have to jelq to get the veinous leak? I hear horror stories about it. I think that’s my biggest concern, looks like every other type of injury it can heal on its own but not when you have a venous leak. Any feedback I would really appreciate it. Thank you !

When I do my SSJ,I make sure I do it at about 70% to 80% level of erection. This will help you avoid injuries.
