This study it has been going on for 14 years now, they just recently started letting out it's information 2 years ago, and it is new to science websites and penis enlargement forums since December 1, 2025. Nothing fatal! It's all just based on extremely high noodle, rigatoni, carrot, milk, beats, and broccoli intake!!!!! The excercises are done at normal levels but for the dieting they ingest MASSIVE amounts of these foods over 11 servings of each in one day.

Yes, yes, and triple yes. I've been doing PE research since 2001 with various international teams, from medical, biological, nano-technology, chemical, biochemical, and toxicity fields, as I ventured in my PE journey. I not only call this "full of shit", but I call them all out to prove medical and biological testimonies. We even performed lab-based neuro-regenerative methods for various biological studies during biological-nano studies to aid neurological damaged patients, and the max we got was 15cm in a single day. That's 1.5cm, or translated to the imperial side of the world, which is 0.59in per 24-hour period. So, where in the natural and synthetic world did these 38 people manage to naturally grow one full inch (2.54cm) in a 24-hour period simply by loading bioavailable essences with short-burst PE routines throughout the day, with no mention of cellular straining to force remodeling and adoptation processes. It's not only biologically infeasible, but biomechanically impossible in the natural world after the age of 21, when human growth hormone is no longer at the highest concentration during puberty development.
