1 inch in 1 month goal

That sounds about right, you know me as well as I know myself. ? I never took a break ever even when I was hanging up to 70 pounds. But I did not start my hanging at 70 pounds I started at 20 pounds and worked up to 70 pounds over the three months I was hanging. After three months I think I made a 1/8 inch gain.

Why did you gain so little after 3months of rigorous hanging? Also since hanging wasnt getting you the desired gains, what training / routine did you switch to for gains?
 
Ok aca what are your gains so far ? Half an inch?

Wont measure until the 1th of august but from just looking at my dick it hangs a bit lower and my errections are sometimes bigger, depends on the EQ. I really do a lot of PE so I cant tell you how much I gained until I get 100% fully errect ? I will measure again when I take a break for 1-2 days to be 100% sure after the month is over.

I will measure on the 1th of august, I can tell you "spoiler alert" I feel bigger and the best thing is I learned so much in this month about PE and my dick , whats working and what not(for me) it also felt like a year, no fucking joke lol.

The thing I noticed the most is my errect length increased while standing, I have a big difference in length while sittting compared to standing, over an inch or so which has improved this month I can see and feel it LOL My flaccid dick hangs better and I also learned so much about kegels and reverse kegels. I almost got an orgasm with kegels/reverse kegels which I never experienced so far, crazy stuff. I found out how to jelq better(also for me). I always gripped my dick very tight and jelqued with as much force I could handle as I thought the harder you grip the better the expansion but in the end it was more of a grip workout than a PE workout lol You have to pay more attention to your dick if you want maximum gains, I really believe this, like the mind-muscle connection for the people who go to the gym. You have to feel into the stretch/grip it really makes a difference.

Sorry guys im on vaccation and Drunk 24/7 had no internet :D im 1 cm bigger errect in length and my flaccid dick is bigger too. Im thicker too but i havent measured it yet. 7 days without PE and im still bigger, I hope its permanent. I will take a break while Im on vaccation maybe some jelquing here and there but nothing serious. So no inch but still good enough for me. When im back i will stretch and jelq even harder.

Thank you for getting back to us finally I was about to send out a search mission for you! LOL well congratulations on the gain and congratulations on knowing that it’s permanent by waiting a week. Now that you have concrete proof that all of this is for real you’re going to grow like a Chia pet LOL
 
I want to see if its possible or not, Im motivated and ready to sacrafice all my time to PE :)

I will be doing 5-6 hours of active PE split up into multiple sessions. For passive PE I will use my extender and I will get one of those sleeves to keep me stretched while sleeping. Im also planing to buy a bathmate.

So my routine:

First session 30min of doggy-dong stretches then use extender.

Second session: 15min normal stretching while using a infrared lamp(warm up), after that I will do 30min of fulcrum stretches and then 1 hour of basic stretches. When finished I will use the extender again.

Third session: 30min of bundled stretches then 30min of erect stretching. Extender again.

Fourth session: 30min fulcrum stretches and then 30min of doggy-dong stretches. Extender.

Fifth session: 30min of jelquing then putting on a clamp, stretch 5-10min while clamped and then 30min of jelquing again, in the end I will stretch again for 5-10 min in an clmaped state.

This will be my routine until I get the bathmate and a sleeve. I hope that will be enough to gain fast LOL

I believe you are still stuck at the same size. Why would anybody want 1 inch in 1 month? It's not possible. Every human who came to this forum with such a mindset fell off and ran away due to disappointment. 1 inch in 6 months is the ideal thing. PE is a marathon not a race.
 
SRT will deliver gains faster than any other method you just need to want it bad enough
