Advise on how to overcome

NO girth gain from X30 Xtreme

What are you guys taking for good erection quality to aid girth workout?

I have been smoking Marijuana because it gives me a solid erection for my girth workout. But the down side is that I end up eating too much food. Apart from kegel and pills like Titan, Male Extra and Prosolution pills, what are you guys taking or doing in order to get solid erection for girth work?

When do gain become permanent?

So I started using my BM last night, and I got nice expansion, but not big as I expected, is there any way to increase pressure and expansion except working SRT program 5x5x3? Btw my measurments after session was 6.5 at the base, but 5.3 on mid, there is something I didn't do good.

Help please

Hi so ill start off by saying i use the penomet, but i figured id get a better response here, long story short, when i pump i do 5 minutes as a warm up, and then a long 15-20 minute session after, i get great expansion but most of it is water retention and the expansion is not equal everywhere...
