    Understanding how to measure tension

    Good day brothers! Trying to understand how technically measure tension. The MityVac comes with a gauge for pressure but with the Lengthmaster you really have to after a feel and I understand that. BUT I have an X4 stretcher and have heard and seen it referred to in tension measurements but...

    Phallason/Silli Stretcher

    Everytime I use a vac sleeve type Stretcher I get the swollen like edema. What causes this and how can I reduce this. I could wear my devices longer but eventually the swelling becomes too much and looks terrible.
