Anybody sleep with SG?

I was wondering if I take off a bar and shorten it enough to wear that it won't be uncomfortable or affect my sleep. I obviously get a better stretch in sg as oppsed to wrapping. Does anyone think this may be dangerous? I need to add more hrs through my day and I figure easiest time to do it...

A silicone sleeve

So I'm having a bit of trouble because of my disability I have to put the device erect (there is no possible way around this, that is the only way it can be done with my disability), by the time it goes flaccid (by not touching is therefore not causing a reflex erection) vmy penis comes down...

how to avoid fluid at night with PF

i use small PF.....but i tried the medium PF for a while with rubber band on the sleeve for vacuum but it slips ......and at night there is sooo much fluid retention....how can that be avoided ?

a doubt on ace wrap

for night

No. 1 guys as i said the ace wrap is ok when wrapped flaccid but when i get erection at night the wrap strats bunching behind the glans and the base wwrap comes forward so when the erection subsides i dont have it elongated...the wrap slowly comes forward and over my glans and slides..... so...

Is the phallosan hard on the urethra?

The last two days I've gone from three hours to four hours, when I take it off the urethra is bright red and swollen, also you can see little red dots don't know what they are. It does go away within a few hours so this be a concern? I do put baby powder in the protector cap?
