after stretch

After doing DLD blasters, my penis cools down to a state when it loosk shorter and thinner -_- feels liek i lost all my gains =/s this normal/good/bad?

why does penis shrink during these times

When I exercise really good for at least 20 minutes (I think I know this one. About 20-30 minutes after a good workout I get a raging erection but during the workout and directly after I am shrunk badly) When I need to pee really, really bad When I need to take a really good "dump"
