Learning from our mistakes and gains to help brothers in MOS.

My biggest mistake was that i did not follow the SRT routine in the beginning. I got over excited and did P.E. and exerted my penis and then had to take a break for 5 months. Now I am slow and following DLD and all the experience of others in here.

Have lots of sex before deciding you need PE
