I want to purchase a mityvac pump

My flaccid girth is around 4.75in mid shaft and 5.25in near the base but I want to mainly focus on length gains, which pump size should I purchase for it?

Bathmate keep sucking up balls and causing pain, would I be better with a MittyVac?
