Manual stretching question

When doing manual stretches, I have not been holding the base with my other hand. I just use one hand and stretch the penis in all different directions. I feel the stretch all the way to my pelvis and the ligs at the base. Do I need to hold the base when stretching? I asked this because I see...

Length master sensations

pretty sure my wrapping is spot (wrapping in center of shaft) on i watched alot of vids, but when doing stretches with lengthmaster is it normal to feel extreme stretching of my pubic skin right where my shaft attaches, im guessing stretching the skin plays a part in stretching the ligaments...

Blood in urethra tip after LM

Unable to hold stretches at all

The only factor limiting my growth at this point is my inability to hold stretches for over 20 or so seconds (and after those 20 seconds I need to take a break for about one minute because my hand is so tired). I have the time, motivation, etc. to grow, but this one factor is just destroying...
