My regular flacid is around 3-4 inches but when stretched it easily crosses the 6inch mark. What are the best exercises i can do to get my regular flacid to cross the 6" mark without having the need to stretch?
I started doing LAS today for around 1 and a half hours and they are pretty intense...

5 min tunica warm up
Mandingo stretch 1:30 min to the left once and the right
5 min expressive stretch
5 min erect
Dld length blasters
Than 30 min hanging, but i lowered it to 20 min due to comftorabiliry and time management.
Will this effect my gains big time?
