YKM and whoever may know the answer

Can the VLC attachment fit on the Slider Extender? I am about to order both so I need to know. Also I am cut, but I can completely cover my head with skin if I push down on it and about half way if just press it slightly. . . will this be a problem with the vlc attachment?
