So I was putting the right side of the extender on today and the base rod broke where is attaches to the piton. I ordered a new one from the JES site. Does anyone know how long it takes?
Also what can I do in the meantime, I don't want to lose any gains. Can I fix this rod as well?

Gonna experiment with this alot. No girth work until these experiments are over.
15 minutes of length master stretches to loosen up the ligs. This will be followed by an hour of hanging with 15 lbs. This will be followed by a full hour in an extender. Repeat 2-3x per day.
