I really love the fact that you want to help me
I've done only a little PE in the past, before i started doing it for about a month ago... I've been on the newbie routine with little if any gains :S I think i might have been doing the excerzises wrong... I have the dvd, an extender, the bathmate, some pills i almost got everything... Just still need to see the gains come to me...
Please help me with my workout... I think i did stretching of the ligament which isn't the way to do it or what??
