so i had somewhat of a rude awakening in my life and changed alot of things.
and realized alot of things.
including that i was basically on autopilot for many years and developed many damaging habits that snuck in one by one.

Only use a ring for an hour or so after training. But you can switch to another wrap afterwards when you're done training like a sleeve or ace bandage.

I suggest you go with the
5x5x3. If you click on the link you will see exactly how to do this exercise.It's pretty much three sets of pumping 5 minutes and in between each set, five minutes of slow squash jelq.
 
At this point in time, simply hold off from any pumping until you are fully recovered. Having "some" sensation back is not a good gauge to keep going with the pumping. Taking time out to allow the tissues to turnover and reset is better than to keep going. The turnover, or the time where the tissues heal and reset, will allow the body to reevaluate that can be done.

Since you're at 5.25in all this time, pumping alone with heavy restrictive banding or constrictive banding during the pump will not help. What you're doing is causing the tissues to become thicker and harder to expand. We need to take a few steps back and evaluate what's going on internally with the tissue structures, especially the thicker, harder meshes that we called the tunica and the septum. When you pump with the band on, you're only expanding the upper tissue lining, the skin layers, or the medical terms "fascias". So, while you're penis is in its healing processes, you can continue to do light jelqs, or even light SSJ, just to keep the penis pliable and plump, prevent a full reset to the newbie routine. Once you know you are healed, from 6 weeks to as far as 12 weeks in, and you can get a full sense of feelings to the penis, slowly come back to PE with light stretching, moderate internal SSJ, and apply heat while doing PE. Second month, creep up to -7inHg, but only keep it at that pressure for 30 seconds, drop back downt to 5.5 or 6inHg, and creep up to 7inHg for 3 seconds, and drop again. Back and forth, back and forth in a dynamic pumping session.

Again, while warming up the tissues, bundle the stretches to further stress and break down the tissues, laterally.

When all the pumping and stretching routine is done, as DLD pointed out, only wear the ring for 60 minutes or so in an inflated state. Don't wear your ring during pumping. Just after the pumping routine for now. Pumping with the ring will be further down the road. The main key is to pump without the ring, and achieve erection as much as possible while pumping. It's hard, but it's required. You need to retrain your brain, your body response, and your erection ability on command.
