Space out your pumping and vacuum hanging to prevent blistering on young tissues. Surface tissue scarring is not advisable.

When you do enough, your arms will become stronger, including your hands. That's why you gotta switch hands.To make sure one arm is not bigger than the other if you don't switch arms, you're gonna be a half a popeye

I am nowhere near what you are doing, great stuff!

For the vaccuum, have you tried taping

To prevent fluid buildup when using a vacuum cap, I like to use
NextCare waterproof tape
Tan pinkish color

I take a 1.5 inch piece and place it over the urethral opening from left side to right side of glans
Then I take about a 3.5 inch piece and place it just below frenelum and run it back over the top side of the glans

Then i put a cap sleeve to cover the glans
Then the vacuum cap goes over it with the sleeve and I roll it down to the penis

Maybe a second sleeve over the vacuum cap and bottom sleeve if more pressure /weight is going to be applied
