Glans bruises

Hi all,

I have started with PE two months ago and have since used the Penimaster with which I didn't have any problem so far.

Last week however, my glans bruised, so I rested with the Penismaster and erect PE workouts for a few days. Today, my glans was all back to normal, so I decided to continue with the Penimaster again, but after an hour the bruises have returned again.

Do you have any idea what the reason could be? I didn't change anything on how I put the vacuum head on. I don't put too much pressure on the rod system. Do you have any suggestions?

See the attachments for the bruises and compared to how it was this morning.

Thank you!

You will have to get Bacitracin cream and apply it to the bruised area of the penis. Discoloration is a part of PE. There will always be some form of discoloration as you train.

Very common thing when you have an erected penis, where all the blood pressurizes at the terminus end. Bruising is due to the blood made its way to the upper layer of the glans' fascias where the skin layers have not been fully conditioned to take on the pressure. It happens to all of us that pump, hang, and do very heavy traction during erect stretching and pumping.

For what happened, it's merely your rested tissues haven't got to the point of toughen up yet. The head fluid pressure at the very end could not retain the higher pressures and allow the blood to seep through. That's the light bruising. You can minimize it by working up to the point where the fascias, the different layers of the skin (very thin in nature) to toughen (or conditioned) to the point where brusing will no longer occur. It will take a bit of time. Using SSJ exercises will help to hasten the conditioning effects.

Rather than waiting for the bruising to go away on its own, you can use the C-jelq and reverse jelq exercises, where you C-jelq from the base of the penis at a full erection or semi erection towards the glans, and the same C-jelq from the base of the glans back to the base of the penis (reverse jelq). This allows the fresh blood to cycle into the glans, and the fluid pressure mobilize and open up the lymph nodes and drainage corridor (the micro valves in the veins), and force the drainage faster. To maximize the process, keep your penis warm using warm compress (simple hot towel or heated rice sock) for a few minutes, perform the jelqing process for a few minutes, and continue for 5 to 10 minutes. You can repeat the process every 6 to 8 hours. This will speed up the bruising reduction even faster.

Thank you both!

And especially thank you for that very detailed explanation of the process of bruising. This forum really is something else :)

Will do what you recommended! Hope I can go back to normal soon. The gains are still coming and I already got a bit addicted to the whole PE.

One last question, when do you think I can go back to vacuum extending?

One last question, when do you think I can go back to vacuum extending?

Any time you feel comfortable. Bruising is just a form of information the body is telling you not to exceed the last level and it will not hinder you from moving on. Blister and bloody spotting is a whole different level. Blistering and bloody spotting is your body's telling you, "Buddy, you went way too far ahead of yourself." Bruising is reaching that one fine line just below that.

You can still pump and doing extending. Just make sure not to go up to that past level of pressure, or better yet, remain at 1/2 to 3/4 level until your tissues have time to mount a stronger toughness.
