How can i make my glans Bigger

You can do a few things. First, while you are erect kegel as much blood as you can to your shaft. Next starting at the extreme base grip and slowly slide up to your head and hold for 1 minute. Pumping is also extremely valuable in this respect. If you are interested in pumping I highly recommend the MityVac.

If you are at 5in girth, start out with a 1.75in diameter by 9.5in long cylinder. This gives you a ~5.3in expansion, and until you pack the entire thing out, go up to 2in diameter as it's the next size diameter up. Using the 1.75in diameter cylinder to pump safely, using SSJ, you'll expand quite easily. If you want to, pair up two cylinders at the same time at 1.75in and 2in just in case you want to further expand it, and save money in the long run if your budget allows.
