About 1 week shy of 8 months. Still gaining.

Hit 7.75 BP erect length and 8.4 BPSFL a few days ago. Wife is definitely noticing the difference lol. Will post official measurements at 9 months. Just wanted to share my super simple hanging setup.

Started hanging a couple weeks ago while WFH with a home made super simple setup. Mostly because between work and family commitments I haven't had a lot of time for PE workouts except for very late at night. Anyways, the hanging setup cost about $20 and took maybe 10 minutes to install under my desk. Pic included. Pulley w/ 4 screws, 2 "S" hooks, 1 parachord measured to needed length, (everything purchased at the dollar store), tie a loop knot on each end, hook one end to your cup and the other looped to the weight and you're solid.

Currently hanging 7.5 lbs for 2 to 4 hours while I work. Zero discomfort and a real good constant light lig stretch. Gives huge post BPSFL measurements.

Haven't been focusing on girth anywhere near as much. My wife was finding penetrations becoming more difficult and suggested maybe I didn't need to be thicker. No point in having a girthy dick if you can't use it. She's the boss when it comes to my PE, if she says stop, then I stop. She hasn't had any problem with length. I on the other hand can feel the string on her IUD and that shit hurts when it rubs against the glans. Trade off being I don't need to wear a condom or pull out.

Still doing 20 minutes of daily pumping in the bath, with a full sleeve every other day. 4 minutes on, 2 minutes off, 5 times... around -12hg. Also wearing a loose cockring (it does not hold enough blood to give me an erection, but does keep an engorged flaccid) after every exercise for about an hour and sometimes just sleep with it on.

I don't get any bpfsl gain post session.
I do high tension extender with 8-11lbs weight for 1 hour.
Today i did 1 hour morning and another 100minutes now, no bpfsl gain what so ever. If anything sometimes it feels like it getting 1-3mm shorter post session.

If you look back through this thread my BPSFL had just hit 8 even at the beginning of February. Its now April and I've added almost 0.4" to my BPSFL in 2 months... and just over 0.25" to my erect length.

Depending on if I warm up or not my pre measurement will be between 8 and 8.25. Today I did not warm up and the result was about a 0.3" to 0.4" post gain. Which is between the +3% to +5% you're looking for after a work out.

There are few ways you can warm up. MOSRED is the best way. Hot wraps are another way. Heating pad is another good way. You should spend at least 5 minutes warm up and 5 minutes warm down.
 
So @MickeyDeese you stopped clamping since you reached 6'' in girth?
I have still been pumping and wearing a cockring daily, but I haven't done any soft clamping since February. We had sex immediately after a girth session, so I had a good +0.3" expansion, and there was a bit of resistance to penetration. Literal difficulty even getting in. Had to use a lot more lube than usual and then during sex my wife said, "fuck... thats a tight fit. Maybe you don't need to do the girth exercises anymore." Which is an indirect way of saying, 'you should stop.'

What I am experiencing currently having taken a break to allow healing is that my shaft feels much more solid and muscular. I'm thinking I will take a week long deloading (going minimum time/weight/pressure) to allow the tissues to heal, or maybe full deconditioning (just stopping everything), once I hit 9 months and again at 12 months, then ease back into it after a week to prevent a plateau.

Despite her protest there's this urge to keep going and have like the biggest dick possible but I would much rather have a productive sex life with my wife. Unfortunately where I want to be, is more than likely not what I will end up having. My goal is 10 x 7, I will probably end up closer to 9 x 6.25. Once my length gets to a point where she's telling me to back up or not go so deep (frankly I don't think she even can handle 9) I will just switch over to doing minimal exercise to maintain what I've got until it heals to that size. If you figure that 95% of all men are between 4.5 and 6.5 length and 4 and 5 girth, then vaginal size should correspondingly be similar.

I use the 1.5 inch finger shields because they're much easier to work with than the 1/2 inch toe shields. Honestly I only do the soft clamping because I'm on a tight budget. A package of finger shields are $10 while a professionally made penis clamp is around $150. Frankly though if you have the money and are interested in clamping, depending on your current girth, look at getting a python penis clamp.

If you go the soft clamp route, take one 1.5 inch sleeve and fold it over two or 3 times then strap it to the base of your D. It will restrict blood flow and engorge to a fully filled state. Not erect, as you can completely bend your D, but more like a water balloon. They lose their initial elasticity after a week of repeated use so you may want to use two on top of one another not rolled over to start.

What you're looking for is the feeling of your inner D being completely full, and the space between your Tunica and skin not to be full. And you will be able to tell the difference. One gives a real good inner stretch which you want, while the other is squishy just under the surface and feels like edema. It can be difficult to achieve and I believe depends on how the shield is angled. Is the base further back than the top... it actually makes a difference on how the blood flows in.

Essentially it is a direct and consistent expansion of your inner chambers. I read somewhere that doing this sends emergency signals to your brain that this tissue needs to become larger now to accommodate more blood. By not kegeling during this process your body will then begin to adapt. I have to try and find that scientific journal again.

Everyone have their reasons for having a huge penis. There's no judgment here. MoS used to have quite a few adult entertainment sector pursuers in the past as well as those who use PE to gain fame and glory. That is merely a phase. The phase in everyone's one life is short, and will spiral out of control real fast. I have connections to those who did that as well, and there were more regrets coming out of than positive highlights.

Now, PE is more focused on providing knowledge and the decisions are for the brothers to do what they want to do with the PE knowledge. We just pray that it helps the brothers to bring life back to them rather than misery.

How much fluid retention in your glans with that cap on for 2.5 hours ?
