I'll make it more clear. Let's break it down for the SSJ for the 5 minutes portion, comparing to the video's direction as well:
5 minutes SSJ:
- Grab the glans using the reverse O-grip. Grab the base the penis with the reverse O-grip, and ensure semi to full erection.
- Push the blood from the base toward the glans for optimal pressurization. If you want your glans to expand, you can double the grips at the base and push it toward the glans. Tight, slow and steady push for 60 seconds.
- Release the pooled blood allowing the cycling of fresh blood back into the penile body for the next 30 to 60 seconds.
- Again, get a semi to hard erection, follow by another 60 seconds of tight, slow and steady push.
This is me only:
- Strapped the penis sleeve to add tightness at the base of the penis.
- Have the penis in full erection.
- Squeeze the base of the penis hard, add more blood using kegel.
- Tight, slow and steady push for 60 seconds towards the glans.
- Continually add blood into the penis and perform step 3 and 4 again until 5 minutes time lapse.
I use this method to fatigue my internal areas within the first 10 minutes. The last 5 minutes, I take it easy on the SSJ, and go crazy on the Bathmate. By the time I'm done, my penis measured 0.5 inch larger than the previous state. I slide on a looser penis sleeve ring and continue with the expanded state for the next 90 minutes, 15 minutes of that under the red light therapy when I can. After 90 minutes, I put on a stretcher cap type I got ages ago. I simply maintain an elongated extension state for the next 3 to 4 hours (before my bedtime). If I don't dose off before then, I put on a full length loose penis sleeve (7 inches long) to maintain the penis from turtling throughout the night. This way, my penis will not turtle at all. Wife plays with it all night long. Sometimes, she mounts me in the middle of the night just for the fun of it knowing the penis is nice, long, large, and ready to roll. Ladies love knowing your manhood is primed for them to use.
