Dlds girth workout as shown bellow, I’m guessing that the 5 minute slow squash section is broken up with jelqs in between 60 second slow squash jelq reps but I’m not sure, any advice for this section of the routine? Cheers!

The "5" in each of the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) is the indicator of 5 minutes of lapse time. That means 5 minutes of slow squash jelq, follows by the 5 minutes of Bathmate or MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System. The 5 minutes of jelq is to prep the expansion states around 200 mmHg (not inHg) at optimal erection, while the vacuum pressure further pushes the expansion into the 400 mmHg at full intensity. Do know that full intensity for the MityVac shouldn't exceed 10 inHg for too long as beginners and even starting intermediate. Stay around 7 to 8 inHg as full intensity until your penis feels primed to go into the high vac pressure intensity. The "3" at the end is the 3 sets of 5 minutes-5 minutes combo. By this time, your corpus cavernosa will feel the the fatigue it's looking for. Slap on the penis ring/penis sleeve cutout and place it at the base for the next 90 minutes (break off with 15 or 30 minutes intervals to allow full blood cycling) to force the penis's expansion for programming healing. During this time, it's perfect to use MOS-RED | NIR INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY FOR ERECTION QUALITY or red light therapy to boost the healing process. For me, I slap on the large cap ADS for the next 4 hours as passive anti-turtling.

Thanks for the detailed explanation it appreciated, so the 5 minutes of slow squash jelq isn’t one 5 minute rep without breaks? Or more like 5 minutes of 60 sec ssj a few jelqs a then and another 60 ssj repeated until the 5 minutes is up?

  • 5 minutes per session without break for SSJ, and as you said, 60 seconds of compression time period going from the base of the penis to the glans of the penis per stroke. The slow hard compression stroke between the glans and the base of the penis pushes the internal areas to balloon up for that expansion. You can also select the option to do an advance harder compression without letting it go, while performing the kegel exercise to push more blood into the penis while compressing. Think of it as a balloon with more air while you squeeze it harder. This may be painful at first for those who are not familiar with high internal pressure yet. I get a bit of an assistance from a penis sleeve that's smaller than my normal one. A penis ring also helps when you plan on doing this ultra long compression method. It feels like your penis going to burst from the inside because of the extreme erection.
  • Then 5 minutes for Bathmate/MityVac continuously. Make sure not to go crazy with the pressure either. If you have a gauge, 5 to 6 for beginner, 7 to 8 inHg for intermediate, 9 to 12 inHg for advanced.
That's 10 minutes per combo set.

I'll make it more clear. Let's break it down for the SSJ for the 5 minutes portion, comparing to the video's direction as well:
5 minutes SSJ:
  1. Grab the glans using the reverse O-grip. Grab the base the penis with the reverse O-grip, and ensure semi to full erection.
  2. Push the blood from the base toward the glans for optimal pressurization. If you want your glans to expand, you can double the grips at the base and push it toward the glans. Tight, slow and steady push for 60 seconds.
  3. Release the pooled blood allowing the cycling of fresh blood back into the penile body for the next 30 to 60 seconds.
  4. Again, get a semi to hard erection, follow by another 60 seconds of tight, slow and steady push.
This is me only:
  1. Strapped the penis sleeve to add tightness at the base of the penis.
  2. Have the penis in full erection.
  3. Squeeze the base of the penis hard, add more blood using kegel.
  4. Tight, slow and steady push for 60 seconds towards the glans.
  5. Continually add blood into the penis and perform step 3 and 4 again until 5 minutes time lapse.
I use this method to fatigue my internal areas within the first 10 minutes. The last 5 minutes, I take it easy on the SSJ, and go crazy on the Bathmate. By the time I'm done, my penis measured 0.5 inch larger than the previous state. I slide on a looser penis sleeve ring and continue with the expanded state for the next 90 minutes, 15 minutes of that under the red light therapy when I can. After 90 minutes, I put on a stretcher cap type I got ages ago. I simply maintain an elongated extension state for the next 3 to 4 hours (before my bedtime). If I don't dose off before then, I put on a full length loose penis sleeve (7 inches long) to maintain the penis from turtling throughout the night. This way, my penis will not turtle at all. Wife plays with it all night long. Sometimes, she mounts me in the middle of the night just for the fun of it knowing the penis is nice, long, large, and ready to roll. Ladies love knowing your manhood is primed for them to use.

No worries. If there's anything that any of the brothers are unclear, we encourage them to ask, ask, and ask. If we have our own routines to share like what I have, we'll share based on our own opinions. Always remember that everyone is slightly different. We have our own methods of approaches. Simply read them all, question as much as you can, and use the methods for yourself to see which fit you best. Our genetics are similar to one another, but based on the world's region you're at, and your genetic background, a slight modification to the routine is needed to maximize your own growth. I followed DLD since way back, and I had to modify his intense steps a bit to maximize my growth.

I just got my LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging, but I have no clue on how to use it or set it up.
Aside from that, How many days a week do you do the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging and bath mate routine? Do you do it back to back?

But most importantly, create a log page for yourself to keep track of your routines and growth. This allow us to see how you're doing, and have for us provide routine information to correct you as needed.

Remember, you are in a marathon. Do not do PE due to desperation and expect too high of a return. Everyone grows differently. Be safe and grow well.
