Would the jelqing device be good for erect stretching? At the base and below the head?

Is there a “best time” to do erect stretches? I typically do my flaccid stretching in the late evening (LM). I most often use bathmate in the morn (12-15min). Is there a time that will cement gains fastest? Or just whenever you can squeeze in erect stretching?
You say erect stretching cements temporary gains. I haven’t been doing any erect stretches but I have been doing everything else. What kind of erect stretches should I be doing? Any routines? Cause I’ve been doing everything else from LengthMaster, DLD blasters, kegels, reverse kegels, penomet etc. And if I don’t do erect stretching does that mean my gains won’t cement and I won’t get bigger? Lots of factors seem to matter here
You need to do expressive stretching too with your LengthMaster. It is a flaccid exercise. You pull from the base of the penis.

The gains is practically the same erected or flaccid. The one advantage to flaccid is the amount of additional sheer stressor for elongation in length (longitudinal) can gain is 100% to 170% higher than the erected. Erected stretching can actually favor more on the girth gain over the length gain. You can go fully erected up to 4 hours at a time if you want to, as long as you don't use a constriction device at the base of the penis. When you reach plateaus, there are ways to get around it. It does take a bit of time to "reset" your tissues, but there are also ways to get around it without breaking for too long.
