Short update hey guys dont know if you are interested. But, I've been looking around now and recently brought a device called 40k Cavitation therapy or radio wave to shrink fat cells.
It actually does work and one of my friends on another forum used It. And there's a guy in youtube called Peak Male Physique. He managed to lose 1.1 cm off his fat pad and reduced it to 1.3 cm of fat pad
My fat pad is only 2cm that's about 0.8 inch of fat pad.
If I lost let's say 1.2 of fat pad that would pass 18.6cm of length. That would translate into 19.8cm of NBEL even if it's not usable it still will help me.
Realistically speaking, I've decided to take a break from length work and I kinda want to change things up and work on fat loss, girth work and other factors.
Because I feel like fat loss would do me more good then just doing hanging weights. I've decied to stick to a mataintence hanging work out. Ideally hang for 1 day at 20 min. And focus the rest of girth growth, and reducing my fat pad by 1cm or more. 1cm equals 0.4
I honestly would just be happy to reduce my fat pad back by 1cm or more.
Because my length has shown down alot and I think it's best for me to focus on girth now and reducing fat and working out then just doing only length.
Decied I'm gonna focus more on girth being 6-6.3 inch girth would be awesome
