Losing Fat Pad, and new plan to gain 7.5 nbp

Short update hey guys dont know if you are interested. But, I've been looking around now and recently brought a device called 40k Cavitation therapy or radio wave to shrink fat cells.

It actually does work and one of my friends on another forum used It. And there's a guy in youtube called Peak Male Physique. He managed to lose 1.1 cm off his fat pad and reduced it to 1.3 cm of fat pad

My fat pad is only 2cm that's about 0.8 inch of fat pad.

If I lost let's say 1.2 of fat pad that would pass 18.6cm of length. That would translate into 19.8cm of NBEL even if it's not usable it still will help me.

Realistically speaking, I've decided to take a break from length work and I kinda want to change things up and work on fat loss, girth work and other factors.

Because I feel like fat loss would do me more good then just doing hanging weights. I've decied to stick to a mataintence hanging work out. Ideally hang for 1 day at 20 min. And focus the rest of girth growth, and reducing my fat pad by 1cm or more. 1cm equals 0.4

I honestly would just be happy to reduce my fat pad back by 1cm or more.

Because my length has shown down alot and I think it's best for me to focus on girth now and reducing fat and working out then just doing only length.

Decied I'm gonna focus more on girth being 6-6.3 inch girth would be awesome

Here's me with fat pad I'm probably 19.5 to 20.5 cm BP

What you deem as lack of girth is not the lack. Depending on which lady you're with, what you have may already fill her to the point of screaming when you pound her. Seasoned ladies tend to want more at 15.2cm (6in) to roughly 16.5cm (6.5in). At 18cm of length, you bottom (hitting the back of the vaginal wall) for most young ladies out. Older ladies, you probably hit 90% of the inner areas, but the girth will be needed to bottom them out.

So, don't put yourself down just yet. Reevaluate what you need and your PE journey's objectives. What is your aim (pun intended) to enjoy your sexual needs?
 
All women are different so you need to set a goal that is not only good for you but for her also
 
I have another thread on Red Light and Fat Pad reduction, I have been on it for 10 months now and my fat pad has reduced, it was not just red light though... diet, exercise and red light was the combo

After reading this, I ordered a cheap Ultrasonic Cavitation machine. It’s probably not very good for thick fat areas but I’m hoping it will reduce my fat pad. Of course I need to lose a lot more weight than I already have too. 😄
