First, understand about the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory first. It's no longer a theory, but it's a proven fact. Besides that, you have to read up on the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) method as a base routine. Understand what it is, and comprehend what it can be done when you modify it to your own person needs.

Final take away for now, never ever stop asking questions. The old saying, "Measure thrice, check twice, and cut once" applies heavily in PE. It just means to check at least three times, understand at least twice, and then proceed.
 
On another note, NO question is a dumb question. It's always better to ask even if you've read the how-to several times and still not understanding. Also, there is a section with videos that demonstrate every exercise and routine you'll find.

ALWAYS make sure you understand what you're doing before you attempt it and start easy then progress. You'll be thankful you did.

Thanks brother. So I would like to focus on both but if I had to choose it would be length first. I’ve been pretty embarrassed for along time about my size. I’m only 51/4-51/2 overall length. I’ve never measured my girth but I’m not displeased with it although I’d love to be bigger. I know it’s a long road and takes patience and dedication but if I could gain 2 inches in length I would be beyond pleased. My biggest issue is my flaccid state. For some reason my dick is always kinda tight most of the day instead of hanging somewhat more relaxed when flaccid if that makes sense like around a 1-1/2. I wish there was something I could do to make it more relaxed and longer. Is this possible ? and have you ever heard of this before ?

Tbh I don’t know what SRT is. I’m really new to the terminology’s associated with PE. I am going to read up on the 5x5x3 method. Can you possibly direct me to some information ? Would be greatly appreciated.

As far as budget goes, what am I looking at price wise to get started with some decent equipment ? I am going through a terrible time right now financially. My kids mother of 20 years just told me she wanted to separate last week. I still lobe and desire her but she’s lost her true feelings for me and it’s been so hard adjusting to this especially with us still living together. So bills and two teenagers are killing me atm but I’ll be back on track soon.

I few years ago I went through a horrible bout with severe anxiety and depression that came on out of nowhere. It got so bad I had to hospitalize myself about 6 different times over the course of a year. Thankfully I finally pulled out of it over time with therapy and psychiatric help. It still haunts me every so often, this whole insecurity thing with my junk has always played a part in it I believe with lack of confidence. Sorry for the rant about my mental health. I know this isn’t the place but I just wanted to put that out there about myself. I hope you guys are doing well !!

Where you start now, you already at the average size worldwide. I was less than you when I started. I can understand. 6in long when you are young is the bare minimum. Optimally, we all want 7in minimum. This is where I am now after putting close to a year into my second journey. Aiming for 9in is my near end objective.

This is common. The body doesnt like to spend the energy to keep the penis hanging loose. It's more efficient if the penis so pulled closer to the body, minimizing essential blood away from the least needed part. Your penis is the last thing on the list the body is willing to pay attention to. Your pubic hair has higher priority. This is the fact.

I can understand about financial hardship. We are were there, and some of us are still there. You can do manual works for now. Look under the Media and Instructional Videos made by DLD and the brothers. You can do the minimalist investment with dedicated time and discipline. However, you can only go so far with hand manual work. Why? You will need mechanical assist to go a little further as your penis needs that extra push of traction force for lengthening efforts.

First off, welcome brother sorry to hear about your partner issues. Hope things work out for you in the end.

You’re in good hands here already with @oldandlively guiding you as he really knows his PE.

And absolutely no worries about your mental health rant, all of us struggle with that type of stuff though some more than others, like myself, having ADHD and Autism and struggled with depression on and off for years.

What I’m saying is that if you need to get your shit out and just rant feel free to do so. Have done it myself some times and nobody on here has complained about me doing so.

We’re a brotherhood of men here trying first and foremost to increase our dick size but we can also talk about stuff like mental health without being judged for it. That’s what makes this forum so special, we try our best to help each other give advice and encouraging each other to do and get better in every aspect of life.
