Also pumping for just like 5 minutes before putting on a traction device helps a lot with the head of my penis from slipping out, it fills it up with blood. Maybe helps with more gains maybe?

No. The glans can only sustain expansion for an hour or so before the noose or strap starts to cut into the nerves, causing numbness or pain. The moment the glans starts to get numb or suffers pain, the body will reacts by shrinking the glans. This is why we chose the suction cup/vacuum cup systems over the noose/strap type.

But if you can use the traction system for a few hours after pumping and elongation, you will grow a lot faster.
